The app operates entirely in the browser and uses Google Sign-In to identify the signed-in coach. It accesses only the Google Sheets that the signed-in user already has access to and may read or write a small set of cells related to attendance. The app does not store Google user data or any other data on a server. It does not collect additional personal data outside of what is required for authentication and reading/writing attendance information in your Sheets.
Only authorized coaches using the app (people who sign in with their Google account and have access to the club's Sheets) can view or modify attendance data. There is no server-side database — data remains solely in the Sheets you control.
The app does not share, transfer, sell, or disclose Google user data to any third parties. All data is used strictly for the purpose of enabling attendance management within your own Google Sheets.
The app uses Google APIs (Google Identity and Google Sheets). Your use of those services is subject to Google's policies. No other third parties receive your Google user data or attendance information.
Because the app runs entirely in your browser and does not transmit data to an external server, Google user data and attendance information remain protected by Google's own authentication, authorization, and security infrastructure. All access to Sheets data requires:
The app does not bypass or weaken these protections, nor does it store any sensitive data outside of Google's secure systems.
The app does not store attendance data itself — it only updates the Sheets you provide. Retention of attendance records is determined by the owners of those Sheets.
You can revoke the app's access at any time via your Google Account → Security → Third‑party apps with account access. You may also remove or edit attendance data directly within your Sheets.
